Boiled Egg with Dukkah and Cucumber
Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
1 large, about 55 g Egg
1 tbsp, about 8 g Dukkah
100 g Cucumber
50 g Radishes
Half a tsp (3 g) Olive oil
A pinch Salt

METHOD
1. Lower the egg into boiling water and cook for seven minutes, then straight into cold water for two minutes before peeling.
2. Cut the cucumber into batons and halve the radishes. Toss them with the oil and salt.
3. Quarter the egg, tip the dukkah onto a saucer and dip everything in it.

Contains eggs, tree nuts and sesame.

RECIPE NOTES
Dukkah is dry, so it needs something wet to stick to. The oil on the cucumber and the soft yolk of a seven-minute egg do that.
A level tablespoon of dukkah is 8 g and 40 kcal. It is nuts and seeds by weight, so a heaped one is nearer 60.
