Celery Sticks with Peanut Butter and Raisins

INGREDIENTS
3 sticks, about 120 g Celery
20 g, about a heaped tablespoon Peanut butter (The lever. Thirty grams instead of twenty is another 60 kcal, and it is easy to do without noticing. The kind that is peanuts and salt. Sweetened spreads carry more carbohydrate.)
10 g Raisins
A pinch, if the peanut butter is unsalted Salt

METHOD
1. Trim the celery and cut each stick in half so the pieces sit flat. Pull off any strings from the outer edge with a peeler if they bother you.
2. Spread the peanut butter along the groove of each piece with the back of a teaspoon.
3. Press the raisins into the peanut butter in a line and eat straight away, before the celery goes limp.

Contains peanuts and celery.

RECIPE NOTES
Celery is the one vegetable on the list that carries an allergen flag of its own, and it is in the salad drawer of most fridges. The flag is real: it is one of the fourteen the packet has to declare.
Almond butter at the same weight is about the same calories and swaps the peanut flag for a tree nut one.
