Cherry and Cocoa Frozen Yogurt Bark
Makes 4 servings

INGREDIENTS
400 g Greek yogurt, 0% fat
120 g Cherries (Stoned weight.)
10 g (about 3 tsp) Cocoa powder
4 squares, about 20 g Dark chocolate, 85%
3 tsp, about 21 g Honey
A few drops Vanilla extract

METHOD
1. Whisk the cocoa into the honey in a large bowl first, so it makes a paste, then whisk in the yogurt and vanilla. Add cocoa straight to yogurt and it stays in lumps.
2. Spread the cocoa yogurt thinly over a paper-lined tray. Halve and stone the cherries and press them in cut side down.
3. Chop the chocolate and scatter it over, then freeze flat for three hours and break into shards. A quarter of the tray is one serving.

Contains milk and soya.
Flagged for the soya lecithin most bars use. Most also say they may contain milk and nuts.

RECIPE NOTES
Makes four. Frozen cherries work out of season and save the stoning; press them in from frozen.
The cocoa is unsweetened, so the honey is the only sugar besides the fruit. Three teaspoons across four servings is under 20 kcal each.
