Cocoa and Cinnamon Popcorn
Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
30 g Popcorn kernels (Dry weight, before popping. Popped in a pan with no oil.)
1 tsp, about 4 g Coconut oil
1 tsp, about 7 g Maple syrup
1 tsp, about 3 g Cocoa powder
Half a tsp Ground cinnamon
A pinch Salt

METHOD
1. Melt the coconut oil in a large lidded pan over medium-high heat, add the kernels, cover and shake until the popping slows to a stop, about three minutes.
2. Mix the cocoa, cinnamon and salt in a cup.
3. Drizzle the maple syrup over the hot popcorn and toss, then sift the cocoa mix over and toss again until it is evenly dusted.

Check ingredient packaging for allergen information.

RECIPE NOTES
The maple goes on first so the cocoa has something to stick to. Without it the powder ends up in the bottom of the bowl.
A teaspoon each of maple syrup and cocoa: 19 kcal and 10. The sweetness is mostly suggestion, which is the idea.
