5 g Sesame seeds (Toasted in a dry pan for a minute until they pop.)
2 tsp (10 g) Tamari
A squeeze Lime juice
A pinch Chilli flakes

RECIPE NOTES
A cold bowl with nothing cooked beyond the eggs and the beans. Edamame is 9 g of the 26 g of protein and brings a lot of chew for 96 kcal.
The avocado half is 133 kcal, nearly a third of the bowl. Without it the bowl is around 300 and noticeably less good.
