120 g Greek yogurt, 5% fat
80 ml Whole milk

1 tsp (7 g) Honey
8 g Pistachios, shelled (Shelled weight. In the shell, about half is shell.)
A pinch Salt

2. In the morning, quarter the figs and lay them on top.

Oats count as a gluten cereal under UK labelling and ordinary oats are milled alongside wheat. Certified gluten-free oats are a separate ingredient here.

RECIPE NOTES
Made with 5% yogurt and whole milk on purpose. It is about 70 kcal more than the same jar with 0% yogurt and skimmed milk, and it tastes like it.
Fresh figs are in the shops for about six weeks from late August. Out of season, two chopped dried apricots are a fair swap at a little under the calories.
