Full Breakfast with Bacon Medallions
Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
100 g Bacon medallions (Weighed raw. Back bacon with the fat on is about double.)
2 large (110 g) Egg
150 g Baked beans (Tinned, with the sauce.)
100 g Mushrooms
100 g Tomato
1 slice, about 40 g Wholemeal bread
4 sprays, about 1 g Olive oil spray (Counted at a quarter of a gram per spray, which is what the nozzle on most bottles delivers. Four sprays is 9 kcal.)

METHOD
1. Halve the tomato, season it and put it under a hot grill with the whole mushrooms for eight to ten minutes.
2. Warm the beans in a small pan over low heat.
3. Fry the medallions in a sprayed pan for two to three minutes a side until browned, then push them aside and fry the eggs in the same pan.
4. Toast the bread and plate everything up.

Contains gluten cereals and eggs.
Supermarket loaves often contain soya flour. Check the bag.

RECIPE NOTES
A full English rebuilt around medallions and a sprayed pan. The sausage is the thing that is missing, and it was most of the fat.
Baked beans are 13 g of carbohydrate per 100 g, some of it from the sauce. A 150 g portion is a weighed one; the whole tin is more than twice that.
