Greek-Style Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Tzatziki
Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
150 g Chicken breast (Weighed raw. The same piece weighed after cooking has lost water, so the protein per gram is higher and the total would come out about a quarter over.)
1 tsp Dried oregano
Half a lemon Lemon juice
1 clove, about 3 g Garlic
100 g Romaine lettuce (The outer leaves of one head. They are big enough to fold.)
50 g Tzatziki
60 g Tomato
20 g Red onion
3 sprays Olive oil spray (Counted at a quarter of a gram per spray, which is what the nozzle on most bottles delivers. Four sprays is 9 kcal.)
To taste Salt

METHOD
1. Cut the chicken into strips and toss it with the oregano, crushed garlic, half the lemon and salt.
2. Fry in a sprayed pan over a high heat for three minutes a side, until browned and no longer pink inside. Squeeze the rest of the lemon into the pan.
3. Lay out the romaine leaves. Fill each with chicken, sliced tomato and onion, and a spoon of tzatziki. Fold and eat with your hands.

Contains milk.

RECIPE NOTES
The tzatziki is the only fat worth counting and it is 50 g. The chicken and lettuce together are under 5 g of fat.
Put the same filling in a warmed pitta and it is a bigger lunch by the whole pitta.
