Greek Yogurt with Strawberries, Balsamic and Black Pepper
Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
170 g Greek yogurt, 5% fat
150 g Strawberries
1 tsp (7 g) Balsamic glaze
A few grinds Black pepper
25 g Granola

METHOD
1. Hull and halve the strawberries, toss them with the balsamic glaze and a few grinds of black pepper and leave them for five minutes. The vinegar pulls juice out of the fruit and makes a syrup.
2. Spoon the yogurt into a bowl.
3. Tip the strawberries and their juice over the yogurt and scatter the granola on last.

Contains gluten cereals, milk and sulphites.
Most granola contains nuts. This row assumes a plain oat granola; add the nut yourself if the box has them.

RECIPE NOTES
Balsamic glaze is a reduced syrup at 40% sugar, so the teaspoon is 13 kcal. Ordinary balsamic vinegar is thinner and sharper and does the same job at half that.
British strawberries from June to August. Out of season the fruit is watery and the vinegar has nothing to work on.
