Greek Yogurt with Warm Spiced Plums
Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
2 plums, about 120 g Plum
150 g Greek yogurt, 0% fat
1 tsp, about 7 g Honey
A pinch Ground cinnamon
A splash Water

METHOD
1. Halve and stone the plums and cut each half in two. Put them in a small pan with the cinnamon, honey and a tablespoon of water.
2. Cook over medium heat for five to six minutes, stirring now and then, until the plums slump and the liquid turns to a syrup. Take it off before they turn to purée.
3. Spoon the yogurt into a bowl and pour the plums and their juice over while still warm.

Contains milk.

RECIPE NOTES
Hot fruit on cold yogurt is one of those things that works better than it should. Make the plums first and the yogurt stays cold enough to matter.
A batch of six plums cooked the same way keeps three days in the fridge. A third of it is the amount here.
