Olives, Feta and Cucumber Plate
Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
10 olives, about 40 g Olives, pitted
40 g Feta
120 g Cucumber
Half a tsp (3 g) Olive oil
A pinch Dried oregano
A squeeze Lemon juice
To taste Black pepper

METHOD
1. Cut the feta into cubes and the cucumber into chunks rather than slices, so it stays crunchy.
2. Arrange them on a plate with the olives.
3. Add the oil, oregano, lemon and pepper. No salt; the feta and olives bring enough.

Contains milk.

RECIPE NOTES
Feta and olives are both mostly fat by calories and between them are most of the 17 g of fat here. The cucumber is what makes it a plate rather than a nibble.
Feta in brine keeps for weeks once opened. A block cut at 40 g a time is cheaper than the crumbled tubs and easier to weigh.
