Whey Overnight Oats with Blueberries
Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
60 g Rolled oats
120 ml Coconut milk (The carton drink, not tinned. Tinned would add several hundred calories.)
1 scoop Isolate protein
50 g Blueberries

METHOD
1. Combine the oats, coconut milk and protein powder in a jar and stir until fully mixed and no dry powder remains, adding a splash of water if it tightens too much.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, then top with the blueberries before serving.

Contains gluten cereals and milk.
Oats count as a gluten cereal under UK labelling and ordinary oats are milled alongside wheat. Certified gluten-free oats are a separate ingredient here.
Most whey powders contain soya lecithin, which counts as soya. Check the tub.

RECIPE NOTES
The simpler sibling of the power ball oats, with no chia and no flax, so it sets softer and comes in about 90 kcal lighter.
Stir the powder in before it sits, not after. Protein added to already-thickened oats clumps and stays clumped.
