Overnight Oats with Peanut Butter and Banana
Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
55 g Rolled oats
150 ml Unsweetened almond milk
25 g Whey isolate
15 g Peanut butter (The heaviest thing in the jar by calorie. Fifteen grams is a level teaspoon, not a spoonful.)
half a medium Banana

METHOD
1. Stir the oats, almond milk, isolate and peanut butter together until no dry powder remains.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, then slice the banana over before eating.

Contains gluten cereals, milk, peanuts and tree nuts.
Oats count as a gluten cereal under UK labelling and ordinary oats are milled alongside wheat. Certified gluten-free oats are a separate ingredient here.
Most whey powders contain soya lecithin, which counts as soya. Check the tub.

RECIPE NOTES
Peanut butter stirred in cold stays in ribbons. Warm it for ten seconds first if you want it through evenly.
