Prawn Cocktail Sandwich
Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
120 g Cooked prawns, peeled (Drained and patted dry with kitchen paper, or the sauce turns watery. Cooked weight, as sold chilled.)

A pinch Paprika
2 slices, about 80 g Wholemeal bread
40 g Little gem lettuce
40 g Cucumber

METHOD
1. Stir the mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon, paprika and pepper into a sauce. Fold the prawns through.
2. Shred the lettuce and slice the cucumber thinly.

Contains gluten cereals, eggs, crustaceans and mustard.
Supermarket loaves often contain soya flour. Check the bag.

RECIPE NOTES
Marie rose sauce is mostly mayonnaise. Using the light one and only a tablespoon is how a prawn cocktail becomes a 345 kcal sandwich.
Cooked prawns are 20 g of protein per 100 g and under 1% fat. They are doing all the work here.
