Skyr with Banana and a Peanut Butter Swirl
Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
150 g Skyr
80 g Banana (A small banana, or most of a medium one. Peeled weight. A medium banana is about 100 g without the skin.)
10 g Peanut butter (Two level teaspoons. Warming it means 10 g covers the whole pot; cold, it sits in one lump. The kind that is peanuts and salt. Sweetened spreads carry more carbohydrate.)
A pinch Ground cinnamon
A few flakes Salt

METHOD
1. Warm the peanut butter in a small bowl for ten seconds in the microwave, or sit the bowl in hot water for a minute, until it pours.
2. Spoon the skyr into a pot and slice the banana over it.
3. Drizzle the peanut butter over in lines, drag a knife through them to marble it and finish with cinnamon and a few flakes of salt.

Contains milk and peanuts.

RECIPE NOTES
Skyr, banana and peanut is the same combination as a peanut butter and banana sandwich at about half the calories, with the protein from the skyr in place of the bread.
Salt on the top is the difference between this tasting of peanut and tasting of sweet.
