Smoked Salmon and Red Onion Bagel Thin
Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
1 thin, about 45 g Bagel thin
30 g Light cream cheese
80 g Smoked salmon (As sold.)
40 g Cucumber
20 g Red onion
A teaspoon Capers
A few fronds Fresh dill
A squeeze Lemon juice
To taste Black pepper

METHOD
1. Toast the bagel thin until the edges colour.
2. Spread the cream cheese over both halves. Lay the salmon over the bottom half in loose folds.
3. Add the cucumber in thin rounds, the onion sliced as finely as you can, the capers, dill and a squeeze of lemon. Grind over pepper and close.

Contains gluten cereals, milk and fish.

RECIPE NOTES
Smoked salmon is 23 g of protein per 100 g, so 80 g gets this to 26 g without a second protein.
The bagel thin is the point. A standard bagel is around 90 g and would nearly double the carbs.
