Strawberry Cheesecake Quark Overnight Oats
Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
45 g Rolled oats (Dry weight.)
150 g Quark
100 ml Skimmed milk
120 g, hulled Strawberries
A few drops Vanilla extract
A little Lemon zest
1 tsp (7 g) Honey

METHOD
1. Beat the quark with the milk, vanilla, lemon zest and honey until smooth.
2. Crush half the strawberries with a fork and stir them in with the oats.
3. Jar, lid, fridge overnight. Slice the rest of the strawberries over the top in the morning.

Contains gluten cereals and milk.
Oats count as a gluten cereal under UK labelling and ordinary oats are milled alongside wheat. Certified gluten-free oats are a separate ingredient here.

RECIPE NOTES
Quark is what makes it taste like cheesecake. It is 65 kcal per 100 g against 155 for light cream cheese, and thicker.
The crushed strawberries stain the oats pink overnight. The sliced ones go on fresh so there is some bite.
