Tzatziki with Toasted Pitta Strips
Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
100 g Tzatziki
1 pitta, about 60 g Wholemeal pitta
80 g Cucumber
A pinch Dried oregano
3 sprays Olive oil spray (Counted at a quarter of a gram per spray, which is what the nozzle on most bottles delivers. Four sprays is 9 kcal.)

METHOD
1. Heat the grill to high. Cut the pitta into strips about 2 cm wide, spray them and scatter with oregano and a little salt.
2. Grill for three to four minutes a side, until crisp and browned at the edges. Watch them; they go from brown to black in under a minute.
3. Cut the cucumber into batons, spoon the tzatziki into a bowl and eat while the strips are warm.

Contains gluten cereals and milk.

RECIPE NOTES
The pitta is 150 kcal of the 262, more than the dip. Strips are easier to ration than a whole warm pitta, because you can see them.
Shop tzatziki runs from about 80 to 140 kcal per 100 g depending on the yogurt used. The table counts 100.
