Method

  1. Warm the tortilla in a dry pan for a few seconds a side so it rolls without splitting.

  2. Spread the hummus down the middle, layer the turkey, sliced peppers, cucumber and rocket on top, then fold the sides in and roll tight.

  • Warm the tortilla or it cracks along the fold, and everything you put in it ends up on the plate.
