Method

  1. Mix the chicken mince with grated onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, and salt, then roll into balls and pan-fry until golden and cooked through.

  2. Roast or steam the sweet potato until soft. Steam the broccoli until just tender. Blend the avocado with tahini and the baked beans into a light hummus.

  3. Plate the meatballs with sweet potato and broccoli, and serve the avocado hummus beans alongside.
