- Tomato sauce, plain120g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Olives2
- Olive oil1 tbsp

Method
Finely dice the onion and garlic. Mix the turkey with half the diced onion and garlic, season, and shape into meatballs.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the meatballs on all sides, then add the remaining onion and garlic and cook until softened.
Pour in the tomato sauce, add the olives, and simmer until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Meanwhile, cook the gluten-free penne according to package instructions, drain, and toss through the sauce with the meatballs.
