Ingredients
- Turkey mince, 5%220 g
- Courgette250 g
- Passata220 g
- Onion60 g
- Parmesan15 g
- Oats, blitzed15 g
- Olive oil spray4 sprays
Method
Mix the mince with the blitzed oats, half the onion grated, salt and oregano, and roll into small meatballs.
Brown them in a sprayed pan on all sides, then take them out.
Soften the remaining onion, add the passata and return the meatballs to simmer for fifteen minutes.
Ribbon the courgette with a peeler, warm it through in the sauce for two minutes and serve with parmesan.
Worth knowing
- Courgette instead of pasta takes about 55 g of carbohydrate off the plate. Two minutes only, or it collapses to water.
