Ingredients
- Beef mince, 5%250 g
- Black beans220 g
- Passata300 g
- Onion100 g
- Peppers120 g
- Cooked rice200 g
- Olive oil spray4 sprays
Method
Brown the mince hard in a sprayed pan and set it aside, leaving the browned bits in the pan.
Soften the onion and peppers with cumin, smoked paprika and chipotle, scraping the base as they release liquid.
Return the mince with the passata and beans and simmer, uncovered, for at least forty minutes.
Serve over rice.
