Ingredients
- Greek yogurt, 0%200 g
- Frozen strawberries120 g
- Whey isolate10 g
Method
Blend the frozen berries with the yogurt and isolate, stopping to scrape down, until it turns thick and pale.
Eat it immediately, because it sets hard in the freezer and never comes back the same.
Worth knowing
- The berries have to go in frozen. Fresh berries make a smoothie, not a soft-serve.
