Ingredients

  • Chicken breast120 g

  • Garlic1 clove, about 3 g
  • Olive oil spray4 sprays

Counted at a quarter of a gram per spray, which is what the nozzle on most bottles delivers. Four sprays is 9 kcal.

Method

  1. Cut the chicken into 2 cm pieces and toss with the paprika, crushed garlic and salt.

  2. Spray a hot pan and lay the pieces in one layer. Leave them for three minutes without moving, turn, and give them three more, until the thickest piece is no longer pink inside.

  3. Stir the lemon, mint and a pinch of salt into the yogurt and serve it alongside for dipping.

Worth knowing

  • The dip is 0% Greek yogurt, and the whole plate is 33 g of protein for 177 kcal. Cooked in the morning it is fine cold at four o'clock.
  • Do not crowd the pan. The pieces should sit apart so they brown rather than steam.
