  • Red onion100 g

Method

  1. Toss the sliced chicken, peppers and onion with paprika, cumin and oregano and spread them over a sprayed tray in one layer.

  2. Roast at 220°C for twenty minutes, turning once, until the edges char.

  3. Serve with the warmed tortilla, yogurt in place of soured cream, and lime.

Worth knowing

  • One layer on the tray. Piled up it steams, and fajitas without the charred edges are just warm chicken.
  • Yogurt instead of soured cream is about 70 kcal for the same spoonful.
