Ingredients
- Greek yogurt, 0%200 g
- Chocolate whey isolate20 g
- Cocoa powder5 g
Method
Whisk the isolate and cocoa into the yogurt hard for a minute. It thickens noticeably as air goes in.
Chill for twenty minutes before eating, which firms it further.
Worth knowing
- Whisked rather than stirred. The texture is the entire point and it comes from the air, not the powder.
