Cooked deli weight, as sold.

Method
Toast the bread until it is firm.
Spread the cottage cheese over it thickly. Lay the ham on in folds and the tomato in slices.
Scatter the chopped gherkin and chives over with a grind of pepper. Eat with a knife and fork.
