Method

  1. Brown the turkey mince hard in a sprayed pan, breaking it up, and take it out.

  2. Soften the onion and peppers in the same pan with cumin, paprika and chilli, scraping the base.

  3. Return the mince with the passata and beans and simmer for twenty-five minutes until it thickens.
