Ingredients
- Cottage cheese220 g
- Apple1 small, grated
- Walnuts12 g
- Honey6 g
Method
Grate the apple coarsely, skin and all, and stir it through the cottage cheese with a good pinch of cinnamon.
Top with the chopped walnuts and a thread of honey.
Worth knowing
- Grating the apple rather than slicing it is the whole difference. It disappears into the cheese instead of sitting on top.
