Allergens

  • Gluten
  • Soya
  • Flagged for the soya lecithin most bars use. Most also say they may contain milk and nuts.
  • Most granola contains nuts. This row assumes a plain oat granola; add the nut yourself if the box has them.

Flags follow UK labelling rules and come from the ingredients as listed, not from any particular brand. Check the packet before cooking for somebody with an allergy.

Method

  1. Stir the pea protein into the coconut yogurt with a fork until there are no dry streaks. It thickens it slightly.

  2. Crush half the raspberries into the yogurt and leave the rest whole on top.

  3. Scatter the granola and hemp seeds over and grate the chocolate on last.

Worth knowing

  • Coconut yogurt is 150 kcal per 100 g, two and a half times a 0% Greek, with 1 g of protein. It is there for fat and flavour, and the pea protein carries the 23 g.
  • Over 500 kcal. The granola and chocolate are 194 of it and are the first things to trim.
