Worth knowing
- Made with 5% yogurt and whole milk on purpose. It is about 70 kcal more than the same jar with 0% yogurt and skimmed milk, and it tastes like it.
- Fresh figs are in the shops for about six weeks from late August. Out of season, two chopped dried apricots are a fair swap at a little under the calories.
