Values for an unflavoured or lightly flavoured isolate. A concentrate or a blend carries more fat and carbohydrate at the same scoop.

Method
Make the espresso and let it cool for a few minutes.
Whisk the cocoa and whey into the almond milk and coffee in a jar until smooth.
Stir in the oats, lid on, fridge overnight. Loosen with a splash of almond milk in the morning.
Worth knowing
- A small jar at 274 kcal, built for a morning when breakfast would otherwise be coffee. The oats are 35 g, which is on the light side.
- Strong instant coffee dissolved in 30 ml of hot water does the same job as a shot if there is no machine.
