Method

  1. Combine the oats, coconut milk and protein powder in a jar and stir until fully mixed and no dry powder remains, adding a splash of water if it tightens too much.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, then top with the blueberries before serving.

Worth knowing

  • The simpler sibling of the power ball oats, with no chia and no flax, so it sets softer and comes in about 90 kcal lighter.
  • Stir the powder in before it sits, not after. Protein added to already-thickened oats clumps and stays clumped.
