Ingredients
- Quark200 g
- Raspberries100 g
- Almond butter1 tbsp (15 g)
- Ground flaxseed10 g
- Zero-calorie syrupA drizzle, if it needs it
Method
Loosen the almond butter with a teaspoon of warm water so it will swirl rather than sit in a lump.
Spoon the quark into a bowl and ripple the almond butter through it with a knife, leaving streaks rather than mixing it in.
Crush half the raspberries with a fork and stir them in, then drop the rest on top whole and finish with the flaxseed.
Worth knowing
- Almond butter is 6.2 kcal a gram and a heaped tablespoon is nearer 25 g than 15. Level it with a knife, or weigh it, and the bowl stays where the numbers say.
- Ground flaxseed is there for texture and 50 kcal. Leave it out and nothing else changes.
