Allergens
- Gluten
- Milk
- Oats count as a gluten cereal under UK labelling and ordinary oats are milled alongside wheat. Certified gluten-free oats are a separate ingredient here.
Flags follow UK labelling rules and come from the ingredients as listed, not from any particular brand. Check the packet before cooking for somebody with an allergy.

- Strawberries120 g, hulled

Crush half the strawberries with a fork and stir them in with the oats.

Worth knowing
- Quark is what makes it taste like cheesecake. It is 65 kcal per 100 g against 155 for light cream cheese, and thicker.
- The crushed strawberries stain the oats pink overnight. The sliced ones go on fresh so there is some bite.
