  • Pea protein powderHalf a scoop (15 g)
  • Desiccated coconut8 g
  • Mango100 g, diced

Method

  1. Whisk the pea protein into the coconut drink in a jar with a fork until there are no lumps.

  2. Stir in the oats, chia and desiccated coconut, put the lid on and leave in the fridge overnight.

  3. In the morning, stir, loosen with a little water if it has set solid, and top with the mango and a squeeze of lime.

Worth knowing

  • No dairy, no egg, no nuts and no gluten flag, which makes it the jar in this collection with nothing on the allergen line. The coconut drink is the carton kind at 33 kcal per 100 ml.
  • Chia and oats together drink a lot of liquid. If it is solid in the morning, a splash of water brings it back.
