Method

  1. Loosen the peanut butter with a little of the soya milk in a jar until it is pourable, then stir in the rest of the milk and the yogurt.

  2. Stir in the oats, lid on, fridge overnight.

  3. In the morning, spoon the jam over and add the raspberries.

Worth knowing

  • The jam is one teaspoon, 7 g, and it is there for the idea rather than the sugar. The raspberries do the rest.
  • Soya milk has about the protein of dairy milk, which none of the other plant milks do. Almond milk here would cut about 30 kcal and 4 g of protein.
