Allergens
- Milk
- Tree nuts

Ingredients
- Skyr200 g
- Clementine2 clementines, about 120 g
Peeled weight.
- Dark chocolate, 85%3 squares (15 g)
- Hazelnuts10 g
Method
Peel the clementines, pull them into segments and pull off as much of the white pith as you can be bothered to.
Chop the hazelnuts and the chocolate together on a board into rough rubble.
Spoon the skyr into a bowl, arrange the segments over it and scatter the chocolate and nuts on top. Eat straight away, before the chocolate softens into the yogurt.
Worth knowing
- Three squares of 85% chocolate is 89 kcal, the biggest single item in the bowl. Two squares does the job if you chop them finely enough that every spoonful gets some.
- Skyr is sharp enough to stand up to the chocolate. A sweeter yogurt makes the whole thing taste like a pudding, which may be what you want.
